Janina Lupoy, PMHNP-BC
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized mental health care. I have extensive experience working across a wide range of clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and post-acute environments such as skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities. I have also worked with individuals experiencing acute psychiatric crises, allowing me to support patients with varying levels of mental health needs.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Eastern Kentucky University. My clinical approach is grounded in communication, evidence-based practice, and a genuine commitment to supporting each patient’s mental health and overall well-being. I believe in collaborating with patients to develop thoughtful, personalized treatment plans.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy hiking, running, traveling, and spending quality time with my family.
Darren Nool, PMHNP-BC
I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Eastern Kentucky University. My practice emphasizes education, collaboration, and evidence-informed treatment, and I work closely with each patient to determine practical and realistic next steps in care. I value clear communication and believe meaningful progress is best achieved through partnership.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family and engaging in creative interests, which help me maintain balance and perspective. It is truly a privilege to walk alongside patients as they work toward improved mental health and quality of life.
Jacob Manjooran, MD
My Name is Dr Jacob Manjooran. I’ve been practicing Psychiatry for 30 years. I was born in the UK and came here in 1996, I completed my residency at the State University of New York, Syracuse and Sub-specialized for 2 years in Geratric Psychiatry at Brown University Rhode Island. After arriving in Nevada, I was teaching psychiatry at UNLV and the University of Nevada Reno school of Medicine. I also taught at the Touro School of Medicine. I have worked in most hospitals in Las Vegas and most nursing homes here as well.
I currently work with two other providers through St Rose Psychiatry. I’ve known and worked along with them for over 10 years each and I feel so privileged to work with them again. They are both kind and wonderful people and incredibly intelligent.
Personally speaking, my hobbies in childhood were studying Physics and Mathematics. I published several articles in mathematics but my father who was a physician himself, sat me down and showed me how I can truly help others by providing care for them. He did the same for my brother who is a physician himself in the UK now. Caring and helping others as much as I can gives me that feeling of fulfillment which I know we all strive for, I truly care for the welfare of all my patients and will do so until the end of my days.
